About the Role

As an AI Systems Flow Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating, optimizing, and managing automated sales, marketing, and customer service workflows using platforms such as Make.com. You’ll work closely with our team to enhance efficiency, improve customer interactions, and drive business growth through AI-powered automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven sales, marketing, and customer support flows
• Utilize automation platforms like Make.com to streamline business operations
• Optimize existing customer service systems with AI chat automation
• Enhance social media and customer engagement strategies through automation
• Work with multiple subsidiary businesses to improve client interactions
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive online and offline knowledge base

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in AI-driven automation and workflow management
• Strong knowledge of Make.com or similar platforms
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
